# Atlas Server

> CPU inference API for OpenCGM Atlas. REST and MCP share one domain layer.

- GET /: Human docs generated from the REST and MCP inventory

## MCP tools

- forecast_glucose: Forecast glucose from stored readings for the resolved subject
- forecast_glucose_from_context: Forecast glucose from request readings without writing the store
- add_glucose_readings: Append glucose readings for the resolved subject
- get_recent_glucose: Return recent stored glucose readings for the resolved subject; truncated is set when more rows exist
- get_model_capabilities: List loaded model capabilities including verbatim eval blocks
- encode_personalization: Encode FiLM z from request or stored glucose; returns z; runs below 72h
- get_personalization_status: Personalization status for the resolved subject; never returns z
- compare_population_personalized: Compare population z=0 and personalized forecasts via AtlasService
- add_event: Record an event; unsupported while the loaded bundle rejects events
- list_tokens: List token principals; never returns secrets; truncated is set when more rows exist
- manage_token: Create, issue, rotate, revoke, or update a token principal
